At Native Bond, we take pride in delivering high-quality jewellery and gifts and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns and exchanges, subject to the following terms:

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and authenticity certificates intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
  • Items marked as final sale, gift cards, custom-made, engraved, or personalized pieces are not eligible for return.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original condition (unused, unworn) with all original packaging, certificates, and tags.
  • Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or metal type (subject to availability).
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide a clear photo of the item along with your order number.
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement at no additional charge.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
